Uses of HPL phenolic panels

How are HPL phenolic sheets manufactured?
HPL phenolic panels are manufactured by combining multiple layers of kraft papers as an inner layer and an outer layer.
(From decorative papers). Decorative papers can be used on only one external side of the HPL phenolic panels or on both sides depending on the design.
